An employee was sitting at her work station when she got up and tripped over a purse strap that was on the floor. She was hospitalized with a broken right femur.
An employee was exiting the office space via the rear door when a wind gust pushed a door mat up, causing her to trip on the mat and impact the ground. She fractured her left femur.
On January 16, 2019, an employee was exiting her car to enter work when she slipped on ice and fell. She suffered a broken left tibia and was hospitalized.
