An employee was performing a pre-trip inspection of a tour bus when she tripped on an opened wheelchair ramp and fell to the ground. She suffered fractures in her arm and right shoulder, and was hospitalized.

An employee arrived at work and was walking into the store through the parking lot. The employee tripped over a curb and fell to the ground, sustaining a femur fracture.
An employee was operating a paratransit bus when the car driving ahead of them suddenly stopped short, causing the employee to suddenly stop the bus. It is not known if the vehicles contacted each other. Two people got out of the car and began to argue with the employee, then went back to their car and got a metal pipe.
