As the employee was finishing up the task, the plastic sliding door moved, scraping the right little finger that was in the track and resulting in a fingertip amputation.

An employee was operating and standing on a dock plate when he slipped. While trying to catch himself, his right middle and ring fingers were pinched in between the plate's joint and lip, causing an avulsion to the soft tissue on the fingers.

Two maintenance workers were troubleshooting an actuator. They removed the end covers to check for air leakage around the piston head. When they connected an air hose to the side of the actuator and applied pressure, the piston head blew out of its housing. It struck one of the employees in the chest, causing the employee to fall to the ground. The employee suffered an abdomen contusion, resulting in a laceration to the liver, and was hospitalized.

On March 25, 2025, an employee was closing the hurricane-rated sliding door and pinched her right index finger between the door and the doorframe, resulting in a fingertip amputation.

An employee was troubleshooting a machine when he slipped and went to brace himself. His hand entered the machine and the blade contacted his finger, resulting in a fingertip amputation.

An employee tripped over a stool and fell on the floor, resulting in a left displaced mid-cervical femoral neck fracture.

An employee was installing fence posts when they stepped into a recently dug hole that was not visible due to rainfall. The employee's leg was fractured.

An employee assisted in cleaning material from a conveyor pit. After the pit was cleaned, the employee proceeded to replace metal safety plates to ensure other employees did not fall into the pit. While replacing one of the last plates, the employee mis-stepped and fell approximately 5 feet into the pit. The employee was hospitalized with back/side bruising, elbow bruising, bone bruises, and/or fractured ribs.
