An employee was standing on the front of a utility trailer near the end of a forklift load that was being secured. Only one end of the load was secured when the forklift was removed. The load proceeded to lean over and fall toward the employee, knocking him to the metal fabricated loading dock. He suffered a broken leg, broken collarbone, shoulder blade contusions, and a collapsed lung.
