An employee was cutting metal from an elevated position of approximately 10 feet. He was tied off to the structure he was cutting. When he cut the structure, it came loose, and both he and the structure fell to the ground. He suffered a broken left leg above the knee, a bump on the back of the left ear, and scratches above the right eye.
