An employee was moving pallets with a stand-up rider pallet jack. He was entering a large garage door style opening with his pallet jack when he hit the side of the opening. He lost his balance and overcorrected. His leg was then caught between the pallet jack structure and the guardrail, breaking his lower leg.

On December 8, 2021, an employee was placing turkey drumsticks into the rotary drum debone machine. The drumstick in his left hand fell off of the die and as he reached in to retrieve it, the circular blade cut his left ring finger. The finger was later surgically amputated at the hospital.
