On April 29, 2024, an employee was adjusting a sensor on the meat separator machine when the machine injured the employee's left hand resulting in surgical amputation of the hand.

An employee was on an elevated platform removing skin from poultry. As he was exiting the platform, he lost his balance and fell, resulting in a left leg fracture that required hospitalization.

On December 8, 2021, an employee was placing turkey drumsticks into the rotary drum debone machine. The drumstick in his left hand fell off of the die and as he reached in to retrieve it, the circular blade cut his left ring finger. The finger was later surgically amputated at the hospital.

An employee was troubleshooting a thigh deboner on a poultry processing line. As he worked to dislodge a thigh bone caught in the blade mechanism, the machine amputated the first and second digits on his left hand. He was hospitalized.

On September 25, 2025, an employee was exiting a yard truck. They slipped and fell approximately 3 feet from the top tread of the steps to the concrete below. The employee sustained a fractured left hip.

An employee was operating a stand-up forklift, picking product for an order. The forklift struck a metal rack and the employee's left arm was caught between the forklift and the rack. He was hospitalized with a fracture to the neck of his radius and an open fracture to the olecranon (elbow).

The employees went to evacuate the area in anticipation of the wall panel falling over. An employee was using a vertical band saw to cut a thick piece of rubber material. While being cut, the material shifted, causing the employee s right hand to contact the moving blade. The employee's thumb was amputated below the knuckle. The employee was hospitalized, undergoing surgery.
