At 7:30 a.m. on March 11, 2025, an employee was cutting angle iron pieces with a saw. When he went to stop the blade, it lacerated his right middle finger.

The injured employee was holding the rafters at the roof build table area while a co-worker attached them to the roof frame using a pneumatic nailer. A four-inch nail ricocheted and pierced the employee's left shoulder resulting in injury to an artery and the left lung.

An employee was using a miter saw to install molding during construction of a new mobile home and sustained severe lacerations to their right arm and hand.

An employee was bent over a window frame that was on the floor to staple wood to the frame. He tripped, and a staple was shot into his left knee.

An employee was standing on an A-frame ladder 3 to 4 feet above the ground, replacing the exterior siding of a home. The ladder tilted to one side, causing him to fall off. He suffered eight broken ribs and a collapsed lung.

An employee was operating a band saw when his right little fingertip was amputated.

An employee was operating a strip saw. As the employee shut off the saw, their right index and middle fingertips were amputated by the blade before it came to a complete stop.

An employee was using a table saw to cut a piece of wood for wall framing. The wood jumped, causing the employee's hand to move toward the saw, amputating their left index finger and causing a laceration on their hand.

An employee was operating a trim saw. While trying to free a jammed board she had just cut, she came into contact with the running saw blade, which amputated her right thumb.

An employee was using a shaper to cut wood when their right hand contacted the blade, resulting in a partial amputation to the right ring finger.

On September 5, 2025, an employee was installing gang plates on a structure when the side walls fell and hit her head. She then fell onto her back and the side wall pressed her to the ground, resulting in hospitalization due to an ilium fracture and a transverse process fracture on the right side.

An employee was blowing cellulose insulation into the open attic area of a manufactured home. While the employee was holding the insulation hose, it caught on the guardrail of the catwalk/suspended walkway leading into the attic. The tugging motion caused the employee to lose their footing and step onto the sheetrock ceiling. The employee fell through the ceiling to the ground about 8 feet below and suffered a broken lower left leg. The employee was hospitalized.

An employee was going between a ladder and a wall to repair a wall in the utility room. A brad-nailing gun was hanging on a piece of wood on the side of the ladder. The employee contacted the brad nailer and the trigger was pushed into the wooden piece. The brad-nailing gun actuated and shot a 2-inch brad into the employee's abdomen.

An employee was on a scaffold caulking and painting a manufactured home. She fell off the scaffold an estimated 6 to 8 feet, landing on the concrete floor. The employee suffered upper body injuries and was hospitalized.

An employee was going up a ladder from the first level roof to the second level roof. The ladder slipped and the employee fell approximately 8 to 10 feet to the surface on the first level. The employee sustained fractures to three ribs and bruises on their arms and hands.

An employee was closing a door when the door closed on their right index finger, resulting in a fingertip amputation.

An employee was walking into the motor control center (MCC) room when his right ring finger was caught in the hinge of a doorway. He sustained an open phalanx fracture, which resulted in a partial amputation above the first knuckle.

An employee was changing the spacing on a telehandler's forks. A fork slipped, and the employee's left index finger was caught between it and the mast. The fingertip was medically amputated at the first knuckle.

An employee was pulling down a broken skid with a forklift. When the employee backed up the forklift to get the forks out of the skid he pulled down, he contacted the forks of another parked forklift, fracturing both of his legs. He was hospitalized.

An employee was carrying cups back to the kitchen when her foot got caught on a cart and she fell face-first. During the fall, a piece of glass from a cup cut the inside of her mouth, severing an artery. She also sustained a laceration on her lower lip. The employee was hospitalized.
