An employee was feeding fig bars onto a line/conveyor belt. The employee was walking along the conveyor belt line to address a jam when the employee tripped on the leg of a chair and fell to the ground, fracturing an ankle.
An employee arrived at work and was walking into the store through the parking lot. The employee tripped over a curb and fell to the ground, sustaining a femur fracture.
