While leaving a building, an employee slipped on hard-packed snow on a shipping/receiving ramp. The employee fell, suffering a broken hip and femur.

At about 11:30 p.m. on August 12, 2020, an employee was working on a truck with his penlight in his mouth. The penlight was jammed backwards into his throat, puncturing the back of his throat. He was hospitalized later that night, suffering from internal bleeding in the throat.
