An employee was walking with a pallet jack to pick up a set of pallets. The handle of the pallet jack jerked to the right and the pallet jack pinned the employee's right foot against a barrier. The employee sustained fractures to the right foot.

An employee was using a handcart to move kegs. The cart slipped and pinched the employee's right ring finger, causing the amputation of the fingertip.

The employee stepped back and their right foot entered the opening for the rail car, causing him to twist/pivot on his left leg. The employee's lower left leg was fractured.

On November 14, 2023, an employee was receiving a delivery from a truck when some of the merchandise fell from the truck s lift and struck him. He then fell to the ground and his head struck the sidewalk, resulting in an injury that required hospitalization.

An employee was traveling on a walker rider as it headed for the outer wall of the warehouse office. He jumped off the front of the rider which caused his legs to be caught between the base of the rider and the yellow safety rail. The employee sustained a fractured right fibula.
