On March 14, 2019, at approximately 11:40 AM, an employee was cutting a piece of quarter stock for a trim on a residential housing unit. As the employee cut the piece, which was approximately 3 inches in length, the employee's left hand became unstable from the wood, and the left index finger contacted the blade. The employee suffered a left index finger amputation.
An employee was using a saw to cut a piece of concrete when the piece gave way and pushed the saw into the employee's leg. The employee's leg was lacerated, requiring stitches and hospitalization.
