An employee was walking down stairs and fell. The employee struck their head on a block wall on the opposite side of the hallway at the bottom of the stairs. The employee was unconscious and bleeding from a head laceration. The employee was hospitalized for a head injury.
An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
