Final narrative
On April 5, 2019, at 2:00 p.m., an employee was walking to their car, tripped over a rolling computer bag and fell. The employee sustained fractures to the left foot, ankle, and lower leg.
An employee arrived at work and was walking into the store through the parking lot. The employee tripped over a curb and fell to the ground, sustaining a femur fracture.
An employee slipped while descending in a stairwell, fell, and suffered multiple contusions/bruises to the head, neck, shoulders, knees, and back. She was hospitalized.
A security employee was responding to an urgent call from staff regarding a violent patient. The employee tripped and fell on the floor outside of the stairwell.
