An employee was going to install anchorage and tie off to a 6/12 pitched metal roof for a small repair job. The employee waited for the roof to dry for about an hour. However, the roof was still wet and he slipped and fell off the one-story roof onto the concrete patio of the residence. He landed on his legs, suffered a fractured knee cap, and required surgery.
