On May 29, 2019, a forklift was picking up a wooden pallet with parts on it off of a flat bed trailer. The pallet broke and the parts fell off the skid and bounced off the trailer, striking an employee that was walking by on the left knee. The employee was hospitalized for a knee fracture and lacerations.

On January 16, 2024, at 11:18 p.m., an employee was positioning a truck bumper that was on the floor, to be raised with a chain hoist, when the bumper shifted and pinched the employee's left middle fingertip against the floor, resulting in a fingertip amputation.
On September 7, 2023, an employee was stepping down an 18-inch step when he lost balance and fell backward to the concrete floor. His head struck the floor and he sustained a skull fracture and concussion.
On November 30, 2022, an employee was grabbing the extension for a floor hoist when their thumb was caught between the top of the floor hoist and the bottom of the truck body. They sustained a distal left thumb amputation.
