An employee fell while walking down a hallway and broke her right humerus.

On April 6, 2017, an employee was cleaning the coffee grinder of an espresso machine when a door to the machine's hopper opened. As the employee was attempting to close the door, he made contact with the hopper and the piston came down, amputating his right index finger between the base of his fingernail and the first knuckle joint.

An employee was admitted to the hospital after an allergic reaction to the chemicals in joint cement.

An employee was carrying packages down the stairs when the back of the employee's shoe caught on the previous stair. The employee fell down 2 stairs and broke the left ankle.

After exiting the parking shuttle and walking into the building, an employee's foot stuck to the floor, causing the employee to fall face-forward onto the floor. The employee suffered a fractured right humerus, requiring hospitalization and surgery.

An employee tripped over a stool and fell on the floor, resulting in a left displaced mid-cervical femoral neck fracture.

The employee sustained a closed head injury, contusion of the cerebrum without loss of consciousness, and a closed fracture of the distal end of the right radius.

An employee was closing a door when the door closed on their right index finger, resulting in a fingertip amputation.

An employee was walking into the motor control center (MCC) room when his right ring finger was caught in the hinge of a doorway. He sustained an open phalanx fracture, which resulted in a partial amputation above the first knuckle.

An employee was changing the spacing on a telehandler's forks. A fork slipped, and the employee's left index finger was caught between it and the mast. The fingertip was medically amputated at the first knuckle.

An employee was pulling down a broken skid with a forklift. When the employee backed up the forklift to get the forks out of the skid he pulled down, he contacted the forks of another parked forklift, fracturing both of his legs. He was hospitalized.

An employee was carrying cups back to the kitchen when her foot got caught on a cart and she fell face-first. During the fall, a piece of glass from a cup cut the inside of her mouth, severing an artery. She also sustained a laceration on her lower lip. The employee was hospitalized.
