An employee was walking when she tripped on her sandals and suffered a broken femur and laceration. She was hospitalized.

On April 6, 2017, an employee was cleaning the coffee grinder of an espresso machine when a door to the machine's hopper opened. As the employee was attempting to close the door, he made contact with the hopper and the piston came down, amputating his right index finger between the base of his fingernail and the first knuckle joint.

An employee was admitted to the hospital after an allergic reaction to the chemicals in joint cement.

An employee was pulling down a broken skid with a forklift. When the employee backed up the forklift to get the forks out of the skid he pulled down, he contacted the forks of another parked forklift, fracturing both of his legs. He was hospitalized.

An employee was carrying cups back to the kitchen when her foot got caught on a cart and she fell face-first. During the fall, a piece of glass from a cup cut the inside of her mouth, severing an artery. She also sustained a laceration on her lower lip. The employee was hospitalized.
