An employee was repositioning a 24-inch-by-52.5-inch-pipe by hand when it slipped from the burn bed discharge rails. The employee was hospitalized for a right ring and little finger laceration and fracture that required surgery.
An employee was removing a bolt from a window covering when the window came down, crushing their left pinky finger and resulting in a fingertip amputation.
