While changing out the belt on a conveyor, an employee was caught in the machine, suffering a broken arm and lacerations.
An employee had just finished unloading his truck. He pulled the dock plate up and reached to pull the door down. His foot went between the dock plate and the trailer, causing him to fall to the right and break his leg. He was hospitalized, requiring surgery.
