Another employee approached on his tow tractor; he went to turn his tow tractor around so the hitch could attach to his cart, which was next to the injured employee's cart. While the tow tractor was turning around, it struck the injured employee's cart. The injured employee was struck by the hitch of her cart and was pinned between her cart and the pick slot. The employee sustained a severe laceration to her left leg.
