At about 7:00 p.m. on July 9, 2019, at an employee was putting equipment in the back of a pickup truck when the truck backed up, running the employee over. The employee suffered fractures to the upper left arm, the left femur, the left-side pelvis, and three ribs on the left side.

An employee had delivered product to a customer and was driving a forklift to the rear of the delivery truck. The forklift jumped/bounced, sending the employee up into the air and back down onto the seat. The employee sustained a back fracture.
A tool fell into a fertilizer conditioner. As an employee was retrieving the tool, the conditioner was activated; its paddle caught his hand and broke bones in it.
