An employee was starting up a reel on a wire packaging machine when a loop in the wire wrapped around his pinky finger. As the reel was turning to wrap around the drum, the loop tightened around his pinky finger and lacerated it, resulting in a pinky fingertip amputation.

An employee was transferring a load of copper cathode to a furnace when a piece of the cathode slid off a pallet and struck his lower left leg, lacerating it and requiring surgery.

An employee was building slings. They were placing wire rope in a pneumatic vise when their right index finger was caught between the vise and the wire rope, resulting in a fracture that required hospitalization and surgery.

On September 15, 2025, an employee was working on an auto-welder when the guard closed on their left ring finger, resulting in a fingertip amputation.

At about 7:15 a.m. on August 28, 2025, an employee was using a construction compactor to stabilize the dirt of a dam that had just been built. He was hospitalized, having suffered a broken sternum and broken ribs on both sides, as well as a laceration to the left leg by the ankle joint.
