An employee was operating a weed eater cleaning around guard rails when he disturbed a yellow jacket nest and was stung numerous times, suffering an allergic reaction to the stings.
Employee dislocated his right ankle while stepping off of a rail car. Employee was sent to the hospital where they admitted him because his ankle kept popping out of place after they set it. They had to perform surgery on the ankle.
