While leaving a ticket kiosk, an employee tripped over the leg of a crowd control barrier. The employee fell onto the asphalt and suffered a fracture to the head of the left femur.
An employee was riding in a golf cart to a work site. The golf cart hit a bump and the employee was ejected. The employee broke a leg upon impact with the ground.
