An employee was moving/lifting a running push mower when the mower was set down on the top of his left foot. The mower blade lacerated his left foot, resulting in the partial amputation of two toes.
An employee was operating a strip saw. As the employee shut off the saw, their right index and middle fingertips were amputated by the blade before it came to a complete stop.
