A driver was turning an articulating haul truck at the top of a hill at a reservoir under construction. The left tire came off the roadway, and the haul truck rolled over. The driver was taken to the hospital with a bruised back and bruised left ribs, a cervical strain, chest contusions, and a head hematoma.
