On December 6, 2021, an employee was repairing a compactor hydraulic cylinder ram by putting in clevis pins to push the compactor plate and align the bolts and holes. The employee's left middle finger was pinched between the hydraulic ram and the pushing plate, resulting in a fingertip amputation.
