At 2:40 a.m. on October 16, 2019, an employee was working on the cold foil web unit on a press. While the employee was webbing the ancillary piece of equipment with the foil, the press was jogged and the employee's finger was partially amputated.
On December 19, 2023, an employee was setting up a copper wire drawing machine when his left ring finger was pinched between a copper wire and a machine part. The employee's finger was partially amputated.
