On November 1, 2019, an employee was unjamming material from the caking roller using a wrench. The wrench was pulled into the caking roller and the employee's fingers were crushed by the wrench and the ingoing rollers. The employee sustained the amputation of their left pinky fingertip and a fractured middle finger.
