An employee was walking to her station while carrying a box when she met a work assist vehicle operator between pack stations and a rack. As the employee waited for the operator to reverse and clear her path, the operator accidentally moved toward her and hit her leg against the upright rack. She sustained a fractured shin bone.
On December 30, 2023, an employee was pulling a pallet into the back room when a forklift rounded the corner and ran over the employee's right foot. Three of the employee's toes were amputated.
