At around 1:20 p.m. on November 26, 2019, an employee was pulling an empty cardboard box out from a combo dumper by the plastic tie binding. The binding broke, causing him to fall forward onto the concrete floor and suffer a broken right femur. He was hospitalized.

An employee was painting a wall. They fell down three steps and landed on a plastic mop bucket and the floor. The employee was hospitalized with fractures to their right arm and right hip, and required surgery.
Two employees were replacing the tubs on a heat exchanger when they came into contact with anhydrous ammonia. Both employees suffered burns to the torso.
