An employee pulled a cart with a Christmas tree on it to a customer's vehicle. She put the Christmas tree down to be loaded and was turning to leave when her foot was caught in the tree stand. This caused her to trip and fall onto her right side on the concrete walkway. She broke her right hip.
An employee arrived at work and was walking into the store through the parking lot. The employee tripped over a curb and fell to the ground, sustaining a femur fracture.
