On September 4, 2025, an employee was working to adjust the wrap on the wrap machine to avoid it tearing. The employee contacted the angle iron guard that surrounds the front of the wrap platform, causing a puncture wound to their right shin. The employee was hospitalized.

An employee was repairing an electric pallet jack when a metal cover came down and crushed their hand, resulting in amputation of their right thumb.

The ramming machine tipped over and caught the employee against the ground. The employee sustained a fracture to the right side of their pelvis and was hospitalized.
