An employee fell from a ladder, and a drywall metal packing lacerated his elbow during the fall.
Two employees were cleaning on the ground floor outside when an explosion occurred in the boiler room. Both employees were struck by falling debris. One of the employees fractured his right wrist. The other employee suffered a contusion to his right shoulder and right knee.
An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
