An employee was cleaning lights while standing on a stainless steel surgery table/bed. The wheels on the bed moved, and the employee fell to the floor sustaining a broken left leg.
An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
