An employee was putting tools back on a tool rack in the tank farm area when the employee tripped on a drain hose and hit the ground, fracturing the left hip.
An employee arrived at work and was walking into the store through the parking lot. The employee tripped over a curb and fell to the ground, sustaining a femur fracture.
While closing the door of the recovery boiler personnel elevator, an employee's right hand was caught in the closing door and three metacarpal bones were fractured.
