While working with a client on a couch, an employee's leg became numb. When she stood up from the couch, she lost balance and fell, breaking her hip and pelvis.

An employee was pulling on a bale of corrugated cardboard boxes that were on a conveyor. The straps on the bale failed and the employee fell to the floor. The employee was hospitalized and required surgery for a fractured femur and/or hip.
On December 27, 2023, an employee was delivering mail to an apartment complex when their knee gave out and they fell to the ground. The employee was hospitalized with a left tibia fracture.

He was knocked to the ground and his left calf was scraped. The injured employee was hospitalized with a fractured rib and lacerations. He required surgery.
Employees were working to block a client from eloping. The client and employees were running down the hall when the client pushed the injured employee, causing her to fall and slide into a steel doorframe. The employee sustained an injury to her left arm/shoulder.
