He was knocked to the ground and his left calf was scraped. The injured employee was hospitalized with a fractured rib and lacerations. He required surgery.

Employees were working to block a client from eloping. The client and employees were running down the hall when the client pushed the injured employee, causing her to fall and slide into a steel doorframe. The employee sustained an injury to her left arm/shoulder.

An employee was in a driveway teaching a client how to use an electric scooter. He fell and his head struck the asphalt. The employee suffered a head injury with bleeding from the back of the head. The employee was hospitalized.

An employee was helping a coworker transport a tall palm tree with a mini skid steer. The employee was severely shocked by a high-voltage electrical wire above the ground.

An employee was retrieving a Christmas tree from a shelf using a ladder. He missed a step and fell to the concrete floor. He sustained injury to his head and wrist.

An employee was inspecting a generator whose radiator was leaking. He slipped, and a fan blade in the generator amputated his thumb and index finger.
