A cashier was getting a pizza for a customer. She tripped on a rubber mat and fell, breaking her hip. She was hospitalized and underwent surgery.
On March 27, 2025, a truck driver had pulled up to a riser to load fuel into their truck. The driver was pulling down on the loading arm at the fuel terminal, or lifting the fuel loading arm when they felt pain in their abdomen. The employee sustained a hernia.
On January 18, 2025, at approximately 7:50 a.m., a field truck driver was picking up a hose that was connected to the truck to put it on the ground when he tripped and fell to the ground, fracturing his hip.
