An employee was putting fiberglass into the wrapper stacker machine. The employee was correcting fiberglass that was going in crooked, when his hand was pulled into the rollers of the machine. The right ring finger had to be amputated.

At about 5:30 a.m. on April 29, 2019, an employee reached into a machine, through a light curtain, to adjust a proximity switch. The carriage of the machine lifted up and pinned the employee against the roof of the machine. The employee suffered rib fractures and was hospitalized.
On July 16, 2018, an employee was moving a battery on an assembly line when the employee's right ring finger was crushed between the battery and the conveyor, resulting in a partial amputation. The conveyor was unguarded at the time.
