The injured employee walked across the customer's parking lot to help another driver who was working in a trailer. The injured employee was entering the back of the trailer by climbing up the side of the lift gate, while it was in the raised position. The injured employee slipped and fell approximately 3 feet to the ground, landing on their hip. The injured employee was hospitalized with a fractured right hip and required surgery.

The rolltainer was on a lift gate and became unlevel, tipping over and striking the employee's ankle. The employee was hospitalized with a closed, non-displaced fracture of the medial malleolus of the right tibia that required surgery.
