An employee was walking to the front of a trailer when she tripped over the rollers in the trailer and fell to the ground, breaking her right ankle.

An employee was loading a drop-frame trailer which has static rollers down the center that are positioned up against a metal platform at the end of the trailer. The employee stepped on the rollers and due to a missing roller, her leg went through a gap. Her left knee/leg was lacerated by the metal bars holding the rollers in place, resulting in hospitalization.
