An employee was replacing the rubber gasket on a dredge boat's discharge pipe. The dredge boat was moving with the waves, which pushed the dredge pipe into the pontoon of the boat. The employee was holding the end of the dredge pipe when it struck the pontoon of the boat. The employee's right index finger was caught between the end of the pipe and the pontoon, resulting in a fingertip amputation.

An employee was loading cargo ship containers when he was caught between two cargo ship containers, resulting in a broken arm and ribs. He was hospitalized.

An employee was walking on the gangway from a ship to a pier when he tripped and fell, bruising and potentially cracking his ribs. He was hospitalized.

An employee was traversing on deck when the dredging boat was involved in an accident. The employee suffered a broken nose.

An employee was walking off a ship when he slipped on the accommodation ladder and twisted his left leg. He was hospitalized for surgery.

An employee was directing guest traffic in the parking lot when they were attacked by a member of the public, resulting in injuries that required hospitalization.

During aerial practice, an employee fell 25 feet from custom aerial straps and landed on the ice skating rink below. The employee sustained fractures to both wrists and her lower and upper jaw. She also lost one tooth and two front teeth became loose.

A ski instructor was teaching skiing/snowboarding when a student on a snowboard crashed into them. The employee was hospitalized with broken bones that required surgery.

An employee was cleaning leaves with a backpack blower when he fell from a ladder, resulting in injuries to his head, neck, and back.

The employee fell approximately 8 feet to wind bracing below. The employee was hospitalized with a pelvis/tailbone fracture. Fall protection was in place at the time.
