Final narrative
An employee had removed an extension rod from a load and was about to put a shorter extension in its place. The load tipped over and fell on his right arm, pinching it between the metal staging rack and the retort of the load. The employee suffered a broken bone above the elbow.
An employee was unloading 30-foot 2-inch barrels from a pan holding about 20 barrels. The barrels tipped over, striking and breaking both of the employee's lower legs.
