On 7/3/2020, at 7:00 PM, an employee was climbing down a scaffold and was sprayed by water. This startled him and he jumped off the scaffold. He landed on his heels and fractured them.
An employee was trying to enter an elevator when the elevator door came down and hit the employee's head. The employee's hard hat was knocked off and the employee fell backwards into an open, metal-grated stairwell. The employee suffered head lacerations, hip bruises, and leg bruises, requiring hospitalization.
An employee was crossing over a sorting belt and jumped down onto the catwalk next to the belt. The employee sustained a right ankle fracture and dislocation.
