On August 5, 2020, an employee was cutting metal pieces on an automatic saw. The machine stopped running; after he got it running again, his left middle finger was caught by its belt. The fingertip was amputated.
An employee was operating a strip saw. As the employee shut off the saw, their right index and middle fingertips were amputated by the blade before it came to a complete stop.
