On November 3, 2022, an employee was operating a drill press to make holes in a wood plank. The employee's gloved hand was pulled into the machine, resulting in a tendon injury and fractured left index finger. They were hospitalized and had surgery.

An employee was attempting to connect carts to a tugger when their right ring finger became caught between the handle of one cart and the rack of another cart, resulting in a fingertip amputation.

An employee was inspecting an apartment to ensure it was ready for a new resident to move in. The carpet in the apartment had been recently cleaned and was still wet. As the employee went from the carpet to the tiled floor of the bathroom, they slipped and fell, resulting in a torn left hamstring.

An employee was delivering a letter along a rural carrier route when she stepped on an ice-covered snow drift, slipped, and fell to the ground. The employee sustained a right hip fracture that required surgery.

An employee was using a battery-powered torque tool to fasten a bolt. The tool was activated and the socket of the tool rotated and pulled in their gloved left hand. The employee sustained a left index fingertip amputation.

On June 3, 2025, the injured employee was setting a mold with a co-worker when the mold was displaced and caught their right hand against the stop block. The employee sustained a fracture and partial amputation of their middle finger.

An employee fell while moving a water canister, resulting in fractures to four fingers on her right hand.

A temporary employee was carrying a nail gun through the warehouse when it hit his leg, activated, and fired a nail into the leg.
