An employee was loading marble slabs onto a delivery truck using a forklift. A slab fell off the truck and struck the employee in the back of the neck/shoulders. The employee then fell forward and struck their head on a slab that was stored adjacent to the truck. The employee was hospitalized for a laceration.

An employee was using a crane. The hook slipped and a fitting fell onto a finger on the employee's left hand causing a fracture and laceration.
