An employee was cleaning a meat grinder when the auger caused partial amputations to three fingers on the employee's right hand.
On September 10, 2024, an employee was performing metal checks on the production line. During the test process, the employee removed a portion of the pipeline and his fingers entered the pipe. The pipe valve cover closed on his right middle finger, resulting in a fingertip amputation.
